I LOVE this pharmacy! Been going for years and am always treated with respect no matter what medications I get filled (which trust me you don’t get everywhere). Timely, efficient and very pleasant, they are always ready to go above and beyond for their customers. One thing: they are not open 24hrs... could you change that? Thanks!

They claim to be “open 24 hours” - but they are not a full 24 hr. pharmacy. Phone-in refills can be done 24/7, but thats all you can do past 8 pm on weekdays and 5pm weekends. They should be more accurate and honest about their published hours.

Excited it is changing over to Hyvee. As other reviews mention, it is full of extremely passive aggressive and rude staff. There is no standard of quality of customer service. It's awful and I literally skipped a day of my medication to avoid having to patronize this terrible place.

The pharmacist and staff at Weber & Judd, Barlow Plaza location are PHENOMENAL!! :-) I goofed and forget to order my refill earlier and needed it filled that day, the Friday before Christmas. I am sensitive to manufacturers and can only take a certain generic manufacturer's levothyroxine. The day I needed my refill that manufacturer was back-ordered in my particular dose of levothyroxine. Since I need this medication to live, and told the pharmacist so, he called around to other Weber & Judd pharmacies and was able to get enough of my manufacturer in my dose to fill my prescription in full, by 5 pm that day. PHENOMENAL!!

This is my home pharmacy now. The techs I work with know me by name and are always willing to do whatever it takes to help me get my meds on time. They are fabulous.
