The people are so nice here and the place is very clean. It says its a 2.5 star hotel but its much better than a lot of 3.5 star hotels I've been to. They had free grab and go breakfast with yogurt bagels French toast egg sandwiches tea coffee muffins and juice. Overall would highly recommend

The rooms are very spacious. Has a fridge stove microwave. It has dishes and silverware in the cupboard.

This is a city built around visitors who are sick and seeking treatment. We’re in the middle of a global, viral pandemic, and none of the employees here wear masks, most notably those who clean the rooms ☹ufe0fnnI quarantined for 2+ months to stay healthy for this trip, then I get here to find it’s one of the only places in town where employees aren’t protecting patrons by wearing masks, shields, gloves, any PPE at all.nnI’m saddened that a hotel that specifically advertises to house visiting patients wouldn’t take basic precautions by wearing masks to protect their customers.

**The manager reached out to me and explained everything regarding our stay and offered to make sure next time our room is clean and tidy should we choose to stay there again. This is the type of hotel owners / managers that we need. Since he/she took the time to reply and explain everything I will be re-evaluating my stars. Hopeful we give them another chance in the future we will have better luck. Thanks again**nnWe had stayed in the hotel next door 3 months prior to this stay and we like the Sleep Inn hotels so I booked this hotel this time.nnWhen we first walked in we had to wait for the front desk person to get back to check in and it was already late and we were tired from traveling.nnDue to being a Choice Platinum member I am supposed to be given the choice of extra points or a water and treat. I was not given that option.nnWe got off of the elevator to a large hole in the wall that had been half repaired with drywall repair tape and mud.nnUpon entering our room it had a smell of body order and the bedding looked as if someone had laid on top of it, the room was dusty and I found some garbage and some loose change at the foot of the bed just out of view.nnWith that being said, I come to Rochester very often for appointments at Mayo and my husband and I have already agreed that this will not be a motel that we will be returning to.
