Was a bit frustrated at check in as the hotel was overbooked on arrival. However, the staff was able to resolve the issue and honor my booking. Upon entering the room my entire family was wowed including myself. I booked it but had no clue how nice it actually was. A home away from home. The staff faced a hectic weekend with a basketball tournament but maintained quiet halls and respected all guests. The pool area was beautiful! Pool water was a bit cold for my daughters likes but we all enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub!
The staff was very polite and professional. The check in process was a breeze. Once my wife and I got to our room, we were amazed by how clean and fresh the room looked and smelled. The housekeeping did a great job tidying up the room during our stay. I will definitely be back here!! Awesome staff!!
Absolutely amazing. The best hotel environment staff and cleanliness I’ve ever seen. They take into consideration ever possible thing while traveling during these strange times I would let my 78 year old Grandma stay her it was so clean. Great place well done ud83dudc4d
Staying here was nothing short of a great experience. The price is extremely reasonable and the value is unbeatable. The staff was very nice and accommodative to any of our needs, rooms were very clean, and they have the best pillows I’ve ever slept on. If I’m ever in the area I will 100 percent stay here again. 10 out of 10 and I highly recommend.
Family stayed here on a weekend night. The front desk, Ryan, was outstanding. Very friendly, helpful, accommodating with their Covid rules. We enjoyed the pool with the kids and the workout area. Our room was in a quiet location and the staff we came across in the hallway was friendly.
