Francine at Riverdale Travel is the best! She has expertly planned, arranged, executed and guided me through many trips over the years and she has never failed to deliver a fantastic service. Francine is conscientious, diligent, and caring with all of her work, and I totally trust her judgement. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone planning any travels whether they are for pleasure, business, family, or personal. Great work Francine!

Jessica once again hit it out of the park! She assisted me with planning a trip to Mexico for our real estate team of 24 people and everything went amazing. She suggested several properties that would fit our team's needs, arranged for all travel as well as transportation to and from the airport. Everything ran incredibly smooth and she did a great job with making modifications to the itinerary when needed. She is always available and gets back to us very quickly. We use Jessica for all our travel needs and would highly recommend her!!!

Anytime I booked the trip I've used Jessica she is the best in the world any little problem that comes up she takes care of it immediately if you're looking for a trip or looking for a price range she takes care of it and just gets back to you with what's available if you're at the front counter and somebody screwed up your vacation instead of trying to get a hold of a computer make one phone call to Jessica everything is taken care of immediately Jessica and her team at Riverdale travel are the best in the world. I would highly recommend Jessica and her team over anyone else she's very professional has a lot of information about where you're going what the resorts like to cruise the destination what's available more information than you could get anywhere else and it's reliable trustworthy information I sent everyone I know to her she's the best

I would never go back to this travel agency, ever! I booked my reservations with Jessica for my son's wedding. I found the same trip for $500 less with Expedia. I talked to Jessica and she said she couldn't do anything about it as I had already given her a down payment. We booked our trip three months in advance and the best seats she could get us on the plane was the back row for each flight. The only reason we booked with her is because my son asked me to. I would never go with this travel company again. Very poor customer service. I over paid and got poor service.

I have been working with Jessica for over 5 years now. We have booked many family trips through her, short trips, and I even had her plan our wedding. She does and excellent job, makes suggestions, and does an amazing job. I highly recommend her :)
