Once you download the app, it's very straightforward to use. It will remember your vehicles so after putting information into the app, it only takes seconds to park here again. Good prices too! I come here every time I go to Orchestra Hall.

Listen, if you’re not in a hurry and if you take a couple minutes to download the app, it’s a great parking place. It remembers your car too so in the future parking is a breeze. Much better than parking in a busy ramp.

I got a $50 ticket incorrectly and the company will not respond to my phone calls to fix it.nnI paid when I parked via my phone and credit card. I received texts confirming payment and a spot until 5am the next day. When I returned to my car later, still with hours of coverage, I found a ticket on my windshield saying I had not paid in advance.nnEdit: I mailed in an appeal, requesting confirmation the ticket was canceled. I have not received any communication at all. Unsure if they canceled the ticket or sent me to collection.

You have to download an app to your phone to pay. It takes forever. Avoid at all costs.
