Temp VIP leased two apartments with us. Their payment history was terrible, and we ended up having to file an eviction on one of the apartments. They left the apartment in terrible condition, and owe us thousands of dollars that I know we will never collect. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! You will end up regretting it!
