Super nice and very clean. Quick and appropriate desk response. Definitely will stay here again.
Pros: The hotel was at a convenient place and they did not allow anyone inside without a mask, which is good, but the hotel is over-priced against the services they provide.nSome staff members I met were friendly.nnCons:nThe bathroom is too small. In fact, the entire hotel is very small.nThe breakfast does not have a lot of options; very limited packed items only.nMaintenance team is slow. The pool had to be taken under maintenance because of mess some children created but then it couldn’t be cleaned in 2 hours!nnIn a nutshell, if you can look for a better hotel, better do, otherwise do not expect a lot!
Services aren't great and as promised. Spa and swimming pool were highly messed up, which later they put it on maintenance till the closure hours. Also, breakfast options have become really terrible especially after the COVID in a limited fashion that they offer.
They take Covid seriously - you can't enter the property without a mask on.nnFacilities are limited, no gym, pool and breakfast is quite limited as you have to ask for items to the assistant but still enough.nnRoom was large and clean and close to everything.
