Staff were WONDERFUL! Our room was fine. Everything else was NOT GOOD! the parking ramp is ripped apart with limited parking. This hotel is being used to help home those who are with homes. This is a nice service they are offering however I wish I would have known that before booking for our anniversary. There were many people hanging out in the lobby and riding the elevators. While I was checking in, my husband was asked for money.

I arrived at the Property for a scheduled visit and as I entered the parking garage I spoke with a hotel employee to ask where I could park, he was very friendly and able to guide me to a good parking spot and he had a full face mask on correctly. As I entered the hotel lobby I was greeted by a hotel employee and again I was given great instructions as they spoke with me through their face mask. As I toured the property I could see each employee wearing a face mask. I even enjoyed seeing hand sanitizer dispensers conveniently located throughout the hotel lobby and restroom areas. The Millennium hotel was very nice and the hotel staff did a great job the whole time I was there for my meeting. The Millennium employees show great team work can improve even a covid-19 event. Great job with the customer service Millennium .

My car was robbed while in the parking garage overnight. It’s park at your own risk. The hotel does nothing for the security of their guests vehicles or belongings. Over $1600 worth of damages for them to steal a roll of quarters and a seat cushion. If you love sketchy. This is your hotel.

It's seen better days.nI apologise if I miss let you, I've only stayed at your hotel once and I really enjoyed my stay. I was referring to these recent months since the pandemic. I live at the Continental so I wasn't referring to the hotel itself

I really like this hotel, for a 3 stars hotel it is good you can get!!!nThe location is great, walking distance to a restaurant, coffees, and a target store less than half mile away.nThe room is very clean, not a smoke smell I really appreciate that, the bathroom was clean, the towel was changed daily, and I did like have the coffee and tea in the room, because I drink coffee and tea all day long,nthe people from the front desk was nice and very helpful. Seems like the hotel put effort in keeping everything works properly.nI get a good deal with hotel.com.
