Staff was excellent. No contact amenities dropped off. Clean room comfortable bed. The only thing I would say was price of Market was a little inflated for what you get. Overall great experience
Beautiful hotel. Beautiful view. Rooms are nice. The stay was great. It would be better once things open back up inside hotel.
After being recommended by another hotel while out of town, me and my boyfriend were grateful things didn't work else where! Emily was extremely helpful with informing us on things to do around the city and everything else that was included in the stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and if you're looking for a room with a wonderful city view for a great price, this is the one!
The room was very clean , however the bath tub had a dirty ring around it. I understand locking the front door at night but I don’t agree with the way the front desk agent harassed my niece , not believing that she was a guest. If we have a guest room key there should be no reason why we should be inconvenienced to prove to you all we have a room here. You all should consider placing a key fob on the outside of the hotel so that only guest with keys can enter. That was very rude of the front desk agent to even ask if I was there to deliver food when I was a guest with a key in my hand! The front desk agent who worked on night shift 11/27/2020 , needs to Remove certain stereotypes and treat everyone with the same respect !
Awesome place to spend time. Nice ambience. Didn't have to interact with anyone while check in or check out. Very clean.
