The front desk lady was very nice. Although prices were kind of high and my card was double charged, and I never received it back. Wasn't the worst hotel.Wish we could have used the pool, and the fitness center was kind of small. We also found things there that I would have to say not a good place for little children.
Well to start with the digital key didn't always work perfectly I had to try at least twice to get into the hotel, at least four times in the elevator and it did open on the first try always on my room. The hotel is located downtown and had lots to choose from close by and it also accessed the skyway so big Plus on that. Free continental breakfast was a to-go box because of covid. I'm a silver member and should have had complimentary water and it wasn't in my room. Overall it was an enjoyable experience so I would consider staying here again.
Pleasant staff and hotel.nnThe rooms don't have microwaves, which made it an inconvenience to have to go all the way to the 1st floor each time we wanted to utilize the microwave.nnThe parking is all public too, none provided, so it was about $12/ day for parking.
Very clean and follows all covid protocols. 6$ parking right in front of the hotel. Pre packaged complimentary breakfast available.
Great service hotel, location, price, rooms, has it all...with quite courteous and accommodating staff.
