Had a lot of difficulties with Jefferson Lines here today (New Years Eve), but the man working the front desk was easily one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I could tell he was frustrated with the amount of problems he had to deal with that Jefferson Lines was creating, but he still did everything in his power to get me where I needed to
Nice place, pretty clean for as many people come and go out of this place. There are some very nice bus drivers that work for Jefferson Line, the security guards could have been a bit nicer but I'm sure they see the worst of the worst a lot more often than they would like too.
Clean bathrooms. Nice variety of vending machines. Safe terminal.
So many reasons...., Lost baggage not the least of them...!!!!
