My son had his tonsils removed at the surgery center in the specialty care center and they offered to fill our prescription here. Pharmacy shorted us pain meds twice and the first time didn’t even tell me. The last time I could see the lady filling the bottle of his medicine from the Drive thru window and she had her mask below her nose or even down below her chin the entire time I could see her (3 separate times at the window spanning over 50 minutes). When I mentioned it to the lady helping me she said she honestly didn’t notice it. Come on. How unprofessional for a health care worker in the time of covid to not know how to properly wear a mask. Fast food workers do better. Definitely avoid this pharmacy at all costs!
