Jerry helped us select some new chairs, he was very helpful and friendly.nThe order came in early and we promptly picked them up at the warehouse. The gentleman there were great and loaded everything perfectly.nAfter we got the chairs home we found one had some issues from the factory, but here is where they really shined! They brought us a replacement and picked up the one in question.nIt's when things don't go perfectly you get to see the true nature of the people you deal with.nnThese folks are great!nnCouldn't be happier
We have purchased 6 mattresses, two bed frames with headboards, dining table with 6 chairs, 7 piece patio set, sofa with ottoman and lounging chair, futon and 3 night stands from Michael's in the last 4 years. All of these items still show as new with no defects. Adam has been great to work with every time. Delivery and setup was well worth the price on every piece. Don't be intimidated by this furniture store, the sales team knows the products and are eager to help you! Also, the prices are on par or better than anywhere I have seen.
