woodcrest graduate . miss pastor poorman he died on nov 2020. his son is pastor now. the church is quite clickish to outsiders. but the pastor does not care he cares and will spend time with you to listen to your problems.
I greatly enjoyed my time at Woodcrest! The teacher's were wonderful, and I still love going back to visit any time I can. It's awesome to see that the love and faithfulness of this dedicated staff hasn't changed throughout the years.
I have 3 children in elementary grades. Wonderful teachers who genuinely care for their students. Excellent K4 - the children are reading by the end of K4. Excellent K5- students are well equipped to begin first grade by the end of the year. Strong academics for both lower and upper elementary. Students learn cursive writing, creative writing, art and music, proficient in Mathematics. In third grade they have a fantastic animal notebook project, and they begin book reports, fourth grade they do a Minnesota notebook project, fifth grade they learn how to do research papers... and so many more things, that’s just it in a nutshell!
I was an student at this school for more than 6 years and what a blessing it was to be at this place! I’m also thankful for all the teachers that put all the effort into getting us ready for the bigger brighter future. It’s great to be with an congregation that always try’s to help you in any why physically, mentally and spiritually. It’s truly been a blessing being at this school learning a lot and seeing what all the teachers were teaching us when we really do leave the school into the real world that it does become an reality of how you live your life before God or pick another idol and live your life like that till you die.nAnd again, big big thank you Woodcrest!!
I attended this school and now have 3 kids attending. We love the teachers and staff and know that they love the kids as well. Woodcrest is a true partner in assisting parents raising children with a Biblical worldview.
