I purchased 2 metro phones before new year's and had nothing but faulty service. The guy at my local metro said he couldn't do anything and sent me to the main store. I waited to see someone and was greeted by a salesman named Mitchell. He looked a my phone and then asked his manager for help. My phone was fixed in minutes. The manager reset my service and gave me his card. Thank you Keith. The guys treated me great. I wiil always come here.
I am highly satisfied with my experience at this location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I greatly appreciated all the precautions they are taking during this pandemic. Karneisha was able to provide me with a fast and delightful experience. I highly recommend going to see the helpful staff at this location.
The store manager Keith was super helpful getting my phone working properly. Everyone was super courteous and professional. Glad to have them around!
