Martha and Ruby are fantastic! Any of my T-Mobile needs are always handles friendly and promptly by these two. They are my go to associates in this store.
This location has terrible customer Service. The staff is very rude and not helpful at all. Even if you're in a good mood and speak to them in a respectful manner they respond very rudely and even deny help. I do not recommended this location.

My name was incorrectly put into the system even though they had my ID when I told them he said I needed to come into the store, but refuse to tell me whether he name was correct or incorrect in the system an then hung up on me. Then like a child refuse to answer the phone. Then after calling back a women answers an she also refuses to help out if he shear ignorance has the nerve to say how can I help you after I told her what was wrong. The worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time.
