My brother works here and I honestly love this company! What I love their service and if I ever need question to ask. That's when I can talk to my brother. I've been with the company many years! So I never have problems!
Been with the company 5 years. I love the service usually! Today was different. For some reason they wouldn't believe that my samsung galaxy s20s were unlocked. I just bought them from best buy since they don't have them at Metro. The girls had attitude and asked me the same question multiple times. If I didn't have an account and these phones were locked why would I bother wasting my or their time? Very rude and pretentious. Idk if they were new and didn't know how to switch it. Some shifts are better than others honestly.. But they said I would waste my money if the phones couldn't switch? So called customer service and BAM activated. Thank you to the phone rep for making everything easy.
I took my LG K40 in to be looked at because it kept losing service they replaced the SIM card and it's still keeps losing service. I am in route to take the phone back so they can replace the phone.
This place will send you away just so they won't let 2 people in together, like most people ever go alone.
Employee are very good on answer any kind of questions you have to ask them. Their ready to help you! Work with you! They Make sure the customer are happy with their service. Love it!
