Do not use this store. They are not an official T-Mobile location. They are a third party and get paid on commission only. Go to the one in Clinton instead. They were very helpful!
Kolton Kelly is a god!! went to 3 different t-mobile and there didn't know there stuff. But Kolton is a beast go see him in Syracuse
Kolton Kelly helped me with my problem in 15 minutes. The other store took an hour and 1/2 and still didn’t make my phone work. Thank you again Kolton!
This was my worst experience with T-Mobile by far. Carolina was not a kind representative to deal with. I explained that I needed to return headphones and am past the return period because of being ill. I was given no alternative, she was rude and non apologetic.
I generally don’t have good experiences with T-Mobile stores, my visit to this one included. Employee was polite but disregarded my request of leaving my new phone wrapped in the plastic so I could activate it at home. As he proceeded to open the box I stopped him and said I’ll set it up at home, but he continued to open and even peeled the plastic off the phone (completely unnecessary) just to pull the brand new sim out of the phone although, once again I had told him to leave it in the box and I’ll put the new SIM card in at home. Not much that can be done in situations like this but I feel my request was simple enough, especially in times like these where we are trying to prevent the spread of a virus.
