Concentra Urgent Care

My visit was great except for the RT who did most of my physical.n1. He was extremely rude, inconsiderate and spoke down to me the entire time I was completing my eye exam.n2. While in the exam room he insisted that I “sit there”, “stand there” and now “lay there”. It was quite evident from the beginning of my exam that he was on Some strange power trip. He had me place my arm in a very strange and totally non-clinical position while taking my blood pressure.... I know, I’m a PA.n3. When drawing my blood for labs, he chose the WORST vein which is located immediately adjacent to my BEST vein. It hurt like h*ll and when he was done he stated (in the most condescending way) “oh, are you afraid of needles”?nnWow. I really am speechless.... this guy has got to go. I have an extreme amount of patience and I deal with a lot on a day to day basis.... I also do not complete many online reviews so, when I do, trust that I am telling you the truth - and I do not in any way mean for that statement to sound pretentious.... When it comes to online reviews, I am just plain lazy and so something has to really move me whether it’s positive or negative - something has to really move me in order for me to spend time typing all this out... And I promise you, Concentra, you would be so much better served without this employee.... I do not remember this males name but he is a RT and I know his name is all over my paperwork from my visit.nI hope a representative of Concentra sees this review - if so, please call me or email me!

Tim Z. PT was nothing short of fabulous. Having a lower back injury as a 60 y/o RN was devastating to me. With Tim’s expertise, compassion, dedication and constant reminder that it “just takes time” I have made significant process. Tim, often working alone in a sea of far too many patients has an incredible knack to make each of us feel like we were his only client! Thank you Tim for your time, patience and perseverance. You are a HUGE asset to the Concentra team. A BIG shout out to Mr. Reggie at the front desk. One of the kindest, most positive, cheerful gentleman I have met. He put a smile on my face every day by acknowledging me with a hello and how are you when I came in and a “have a great day and “be careful” as I left. The world is a better place with these two men in it. Concentra is lucky to have them.

I went for walk in Urgent Care. The lady at the front desk was responsive, friendly, & empathic to my needs (my knee felt like it was torn).nnThe assistant who did the medical details part of the check-in was fast and efficient. He later applied my knee brace, and did it perfectly while simultaneously giving me the instructions (this side up, this side forward so the brace will bend, etc)nnThe doctor came in, did the exam, we talked about my options, she answered my questions and everything went smoothly. No pushy upsales of unnecessary services.nnI'll definitely use them again for Urgent Care

This place is truly unprofessional. The staff was rude, insensitive and are only there to get a paycheck. The older lady in her 50’s with the brunette color hair with glasses was very rude. Also the heavier set lady with the brunette color hair with glasses was very rude as well. They do not know how to talk to minority specifically black people. They also was very rude to these two Hispanic gentlemen who came in and asked the other gentleman was he his translator when the other Hispanic gentlemen could speak English very well but he had a sore throat. This place needs an investigation.The older lady in her 50’s scowled at me when I asked her a question. She wanted to chat with her friends so bad that she neglected basic customer service. They had me waiting so long and didn’t even have my information all together correctly. This place is not clean and they made me feel very uncomfortable as a minority. This place needs to be investigated and shut down

I was greeted upon entering the clinic and given necessary forms to fill out. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, expedient and explained everything as it was taking place. There was a quick check out process.
