Went in to get a new line, had a phone already and the guy wanted to charge me $100 when 2 weeks ago i was there and his co worker told me $35.. had to drive to a different locations to get it done.. he told me “ its cheaper when you get a new phone”.. it sure is.. all you do is try to sell new phones.. poor experience.. do not recommend
This location is easily one of the best in metro Detroit. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who always do their best to get you what you need. Zein and Ali especially are extremely helpful! 10/10!
My family’s been going to this Metro dealer for years now. Most recently, store manager Zein helped me add a new phone line to my pre-existing plan, registered my new phone and helped me select a case and applied a plastic screen protector. All staff in my experience were helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming.
The owner of the place is such a nice helpful and sexy man. Can’t deny that. Great customer service!
