This place is great T-mobile!! Customer service is always great and the employees are very polite. Ask for Matt, he helped me out when I was here last and he was PHENOMENAL! He was very patient and did an amazing job explaining everything to me and took his time to ensure I understood everything and I was up to date with the best service and devices. Ill always come back here especially because of Matt. He's the best! As for the rest of the store it was very clean and organized and the other employees were also really great.
Andrea was absolutely amazing. Beyond knowledgeable and extremely respectful. She was quick and didn’t try to push any sort of sale into the new phone process. She also was simultaneously helping her co workers while also getting my new phone set up. That store is very lucky to have her there. Best service I’ve ever had at a phone store. Will definitely do all purchasing at this location if Andrea is there!!nnThanks again!!!
My phone was completely broken/ non functioning and I was so worried I would have to break the bank for a new phone. Kayla helped me and got me a great deal and a cheaper phone bill! She was so sweet and attentive I wish I could give her 6 stars!
