I really felt comfortable talking with the staff. The lady who helped me was Carolina, she understood my needs and wants. She quickly found a solution and I am very happy with the end result. Thank you guys for my awesome new phone!!
The manager was super helpful, but only after half an hour of waiting. However, Jay while I was asking him for help he turned his back on me in the middle of explaining what I should be doing for trading my phone and started talking to his friend when I said can you please just show some respect and say excuse me him and his friend started talking back to me then just laughing . I do not recommend this place, the workers are only nice to people they know and do not take their jobs seriously. Except for the manager.
The best T-Mobile store I ever been too! The Workers are beyond helpful and kind, great customer service, super friendly and great team work! Highly recommend this T-Mobile store!
