I went there today. Horrible service. The sales guy tried to rip me off. Im not stupid. Just help me fix my phone. Went to a different store, the lady fixed my phone in 2 min. I didn't need a new phone sales guy on Inkster rd.
Overcharges. He does not give the best phone deals. You may pay 280 for a phone here, whereas the one on middlebelt next to Garden City Highschool will charge 50-100 dollars less. Capitalism is nice, but piety toward your customer goes a long way; in the long run, you become known as the pious businessman. You gain more capitalism, rather than screwing someone with an outrageously priced phone, in an attempt to gain capital, and then never seeing the customer again. Word spreads when you overcharge someone, and business goes elsewhere to find better deals from those who practice piety.
Andy and Joe, they are the two best representatives for Metro PCs in the Area. I purchased 2 Galaxies from them. They were very knowledgeable about the products. I have been back since and have sent them customers as well. I will continue to do business with them. Great Job Guys! I really Hope a Metro PCS Corporate representative reads this. These two have a incredible degree of integrity about themselves.
