This Meijer is a good store. One of the best in my experience, which is why I hate writing this review.nnThe good:nn1. The staff is friendly and professionaln2. The store is clean and accessible around the pharmacynnThe bad:nn1. Consistently unable to fill prescriptions for more than 48 hoursn2. The time to fill prescriptions it has on hand is quite longnnThe ugly:nnWhen you tell them about the problems, they seem very tone deaf to why this is a concern. No indications that they are interested in addressing concerns, which makes it seem like their management is closed off to feedback.nnThere is a CVS just across the street that does an amazing job and doesn't have the bad or ugly parts this pharmacy has and won't address.

Awful. It is clear that many of their employees are unhappy working at the facility. I have witnessed on multiple occasions employees being very rude to customers.nnVery rarely do they have medications in stock. Or I’ll go to the drive thru to fill a script and “it’s not in stock” but when I park and go into the store to speak with someone at the desk it’s magically in stock. There are 3 individuals I know will treat the customer with condescending attitudes and I try to avoid them at all costs.nnI will no longe be using this location and I think the manager should have a serious talk with his team about the way the employees treat the public.nnCVS across the street as always been wonderful and I would highly recommend you use them if your insurance allows.

Slowest moving pharmacy ever!! I've waited as long as 4 hours for one script.nAnd some of the techs have no idea what's going on. I was told they had the entire script, to come back in 45 mins... an hour later I come back and I find out that they do not have the entire thing. I've also been told that my prescription would be ready the following day, but when I went in to pick up the remaining balance, it is now 5 days before the entire thing will be ready.nEveryone who works in the pharmacy is always very nice, they just need a better system I think, because they do not have it together over there.nI've just never dealt with a pharmacy that's as unorganized as this one is. It's a shame really.

Ever since Dexter Pharmacy closed wait times have tripled or worse. 40 minute line today to find out they still had not filled the prescription my doctor sent over 9 hours sooner.nTime to switch pharmacies. Groceries the same. Terrible since they did a reset a couple of months ago.nThis place needs help.
