Jeff and Men on the Move have been amazing. They have moved me in-state as well as from Ann Arbor to Florida. And back due to Covid reasons. They work hard. They don’t dawdle. They are safe and careful. And the movers are always personable. I will always use them if needed and recommend them to everyone.

I reached out to Men on the Move and spoke with Jeff regarding moving a piece of equipment from my neighbors to my house. Jeff wanted to make sure he knew exactly what we were moving and he came over to talk with me about the move. We had issues with a mover the previous day who had dismantled the equipment and caused damages and Jeff spoke at length on how we could best move the machine. My son and his friends ended up doing our move for us, something Jeff knew this while talking with us about it and he still walked us through the entire logistics of the move. While we ended up not using his services today for the move, he gained a life long customer for any future moves we would need. I will highly recommend this company for that exact reason, customer service. To me, the fact Jeff took the time out to ensure the move was successfully completed, whether his team handle the move or not is top notch customer service.

They were almost an hour late with no notification. We were not told by Jeff items that the movers told us they could not move. The estimate was way lower than the actual cost. They could not get all our items in the truck so we have to figure out how to move some big items we were planning on the movers to take. Several items were damaged in the move also. We would not use or recommend this company.

Awesome staff ! Professional and courteous service. They provided same day service when my other mover had to cancel. I highly recommend.
