My family and I get dinner from two or three places on the west side of Ann Arbor, maybe every 4th night or so, and this Jimmy John's is one of our go-to places, on a list with other restaurants literally five times as expensive per person. I am writing this review because the people who work this operation have never once over the last 18 months or 2 years failed to make our order perfectly, handle our requests patiently, not helped explain or adjust something we'd convoluted, and I swear that we have never once left that place feeling worse than when we arrived, only better. That's approx four dozen times we've ordered and never once do I recall a single problem. I am impressed each time I'm there and I get internally enraged when I watch someone get abusive with them for any reason, for these guys do not deserve it at all.

Ordered online like I always do. Added bacon to my jj gargantuan but didn't get it. Aais easy capicola there wasn't any at all. Sandwich was good but mad I paid 3$ extra for bacon and didn't get it. Disappointed that a key meat for the sandwich was nixed altogether. They wanted to drive back to the truck stop I was at the bring me the bacon. It should have been on there to being with. So I get free bacon on must my next gargantuan if I ever order Jimmy johns from there again. #disappointed

Inconsistent.nOne day they don't say anything about not wearing a mask, another day, they do. I have contacted corporate to get some clarification in era of vaccines. I will update when I learn more.

Order online from work regularly. Always on time, always delicious. Have yet to forget an item or mess up my order. Very impressed.

I was broken down on the side of the road, tow truck said 6 hour wait, I was outside delivery area at 9 miles away... they said no problem it was a special circumstance. Was eating within 15 minutes and man was it Delicious!!!
