WOW!! I will NEVER step foot in this office with my mom again!! They called ADULT SERVICES on me?!?! I had my mom in their office seeing Elizabeth Cross, because she fell again, because of her disorder. Know I HAVE tried getting help with NO luck from their social worker in the past getting my mom placed in a home. We were just in to see Dr Assad, and talked about it, because she was released from Heartwood lodge(they also lied, my mom should of never been released, but they said I had to get her on Medicaid ???)? It has been a nightmare!!! The have social workers, but nobody seems to know what they are doing....BUT, guess what?? Dr Assad’s office has a new on Susan. DO NOT USE HER. If you do not agree to use every recommendation she has....she will convince your Dr., days after you have left your appointment your loved one is in danger?!? WHAT. I got a call from Adult Protective Services. Susan didn’t even meet with my mom or I for 3 minutes!!!! The complaints the officer had didn’t even pertain to me. Susan didn’t even have that right!nWhat a joke! If Dr. Assad or Elizabeth Cross were really that worried, they could of put calls out to myself or me. My mom’s heart is broken and she really really like them and the office staff. So very sad. This is truly the future of our medicine.ud83dude1enMy mom has PSP.. Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Baraba. I'm sharing my story with you so you don't have to suffer alone. If you want a doctor who listens to how your feeling and your wellbeing. I would not see Dr. Baraba. I suffered for 2 years without getting diagnosed because she would blam my symptoms on anything but Endometriosis. 2 years later she agreed to laparoscopic surgery & Endometrosis was found.

They helped me with a difficult prescription to find. Also helped with the breakdown of my insurance options

They're not completely bad, you just have to be prepared to wait atleast 15 mins past your scheduled appointment time. But it's really not just them.. the whole hospital is that way.

Over all a good experience just be ready to wait a 1/2 hour past your appointment time.
