Not a bad place for the most part. I took a 7 hr break and headed over for my pickup. Appointment was for 2am checked in at 1am. I was put into a door right away. The reason for 4 stars is because the person that checked the inside of the trailer told me it smelled funny when it didn't and to pull up to let it air out. I let it air out and a different guy loaded it. Paperwork in hand at 4:30am. I was able to get a 10 hr break in with the 7/3 split I did ud83dudc4d make sure you have 3 load locks or straps before going to this place or they probably won't load you. You might want to get a washout as well to prevent what happened to me. Bring photo ID in when you check in. Checkin office is next to dock door 21. Refer should be pre cooled to 34° very low overnight parking available. There is a blue beacon truck wash next to the pilot in Benton Harbor, MI if you need a washout before you get all the way up there to the shipper (it's 80 miles south of the shipper) Drive safe drivers
Had us in and out quickly! The Shipping Team were great. There was confusion with Dock Numbers, but the Team personally came out and straightened everything out. We were In & Out in under an Hour!
Pretty good place with plenty of room to maneuver into your dock door.nnIf it's your first time going here AND you're following your GPS just know that the entrance to shipping and recieving is one block BEFORE where the GPS is taking you (there's a big ol' sign that says BAY shipping & receiving right at the mouth of the drive way).
Nice people shipping office staff is so nice but little bit slow loading other than that all good
Very nice people but you can tell they get paid by the hour.
