The service at Birmingham Jewelry is impeccable. They make you feel just like family. We have been there several times over the last couple months, and I think we found our new family jewelry. My mom had brought in her original engagement ring with the desire to make it a custom pendant. The pricing was fair but the work was incredible. They went into detail planning with her and make her feel super comfortable with the whole process, which is really priceless. They have custom ordered pieces for us and always been prompt with follow ups. Definitely recommend them.

Outstanding customer service. They took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. Even when they didn’t have it in stock they custom made it and it turned out beautiful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for attention to detail and customer service.

Got an engagement ring from them based on these reviews mainly and I was not disappointed, they worked with me very quickly to design a custom ring perfectly to my liking. Reba was incredible throughout the process and Greg truly does some amazing work. Large selection of rings in store as well but id suggest letting them create something special for you. They do just about everything jewelry...buy, sell, melt down, recreate, etc. Im sure ill be back.

I had such an amazing experience with Birmingham jewelry. My fiancée and I had been shopping at NUMEROUS places to pick out an engagement ring. As soon as we visited Birmingham Jewelry we knew our search had come to an end. They have the LARGEST selection of bands that I have ever seen. It was important to me to have a unique band and they had so so many to choose from. Also, the service was amazing. Reba is incredibly genuine and you can tell she enjoys helping new couples find the perfect fit. I have already referred so many family & friends to Birmingham jewelry. Thank you again Reba for creating my gorgeous ring!

Gregory did a wonderful job repairing my opal ring and my wedding ring . they look brand new. It just took days for the repairs to be done .he was very quick. He suggested I bring in any gold jewelry I wasn’t using anymore and we could use it towards the cost of the repairs. I did this and ended up paying a third of the cost of my repairs. My mom passed away a while ago and I brought in some of her jewelry for his opinion . He was very honest and fair and I found out I had some real diamonds that I didn’t think were real. it made me very happy. You will not be disappointed with any repairs that you have done by Gregory He is very knowledgeable and very honest
