Bill and Zack were very helpful with our experience and very attentive to our needs in terms of furniture. The customer service was excellence, which makes us want to shop back here at the Monroe location.

I will say this, you get what you pay for. The first couch we ever bought, and we regret it very much. We bought a sectional couch along with an ottoman. We also purchased a extended warranty on the upholstery. Delivery was quick and hassle free. But within the first 3 weeks of owning the couch the fabric started stretching and ripping at the seams. Then the cushions started loosing their shape in the 2nd month. While this was occurring we fought with this insurance we bought...did everything they asked and never once got contacted on our claim...it was as if we didn't even buy insurance, it was all just a run around. All while dealing with this issue we then had a bigger problem with the frame of the couch. It broke!...like literally snapped in the back where the wood was practically sticking out of the fabric. This was all within the first 3 months of owning the couch. I will never buy from here again. And anyone we have known to buy couches from here have also had bad experience with them not lasting and wearing out quickly. If you want to buy a couch I recommend going with a good brand and even if you have to wait, It will be worth it. Don't buy furniture from American Freight.

Great place, my fiancée, my son and myself have been in here several times over probably the past month looking at various furniture. Every sales person we delt with along the way was very helpful and knowledgeable. Never felt pressured to buy anything we weren't ready to purchase. Originally we arranged to have our couches delivered, but on the day of the delivery the company had a problem with the truck, which has nothing to do with American Freight, however we ended up opting to pick it up ourselfs. When we came for delivery the process was quick, and simple came in to verify everything and pulled the u-haul out front and they loaded everything right up for us. Will definitely recommend to everyone around us.

Good place if you want to buy cheap, disposable furniture. If you only want something for maybe a year or so, it’s a great option. However, I would not go here to buy your dream living room set. My mom came up to live and I bought her a cheap couch as a housewarming gift. We had a grandkid coming to visit so we bought a cheap couch too. It’s use it and throw it out type furniture. I do think the cheap furniture is a good value though if you stick to just buying the cheap stuff and using it for a short term.
