I would like to thank Monroe Florist for a job well done. My family and I were in a pinch and needed an arrangement same day. Not only did they get my arrangement done but they also delivered to Oregon oh same day. Also, the florist called me to tell me they were out of the color I had selected and asked if another color would be ok and it would be similar. I said yes that is fine. Well the arrangement was not at all what I ordered. I called and spoke to someone (sorry I don’t remember the name) and she assured me that the florist would go all the way back to the funeral home and add color and butterflies to my arrangement like it should of had. I must say I was impressed and very pleased. I would defiantly use Monroe florist again.
