I wish there was a 0 star option. I purchased a futon from here in July 2017. In July of 2018 part if the frame broke (no misuse and hardly used since it is at a summer residence). I found the reciept and it was 3 days before it would have been a year old. I took it in and he made a copy of the reciept and he said he would call the company. I went back 2 weeks later and he asked me again what part broke and I showed him and he said that wasn't what I told him the first time (maybe I made a mistake, but I'm pretty sure I showed him the correct part). Then he said he had to call again because he already ordered and they were sending the other part (i don't think he ever called) but wasn't sure if he could get it. No word for another 2 weeks. Went back and there was a different salesman. He called the Manistee store where the other salesman now works. The one who I spoke to on the phone who sold me the futon and was getting the new part talked to me on the phone and was rude and basically told me, don't call me. I'll call you when I find out from the company. That was 2 months ago (3 months total from the first time I went). and I have heard nothing.
