We could not have felt more comfortable at this store in downtown Ludington! We were warmly welcomed and spoken to like we mattered and the employees were more than accommodating! We will be back!

We custom ordered a leather chair . When it was delivered it was crooked . The rep came out and picked it up , said they had to order new arms . After a couple weeks no news on repairs we picked up the chair because we needed it . The arms could be updated when they come in . They never called back never replaced the arms . Upon closer examination my husband found out that the chair had been assembled improperly and fixed it himself . This was not a cheap chair . We dealt locally trying to support local business . It’s been 6 months they still never called about the arms for the chair . My 2k chair purchase obviously meant nothing to them . Next time I’ll go to art Vans they deliver here and customer service has always been great .
