Requested my policy be cancelled after being a AAA member for 20 years. Rates kept increasing with no tickets or accidents. Requested to speak with the agent but was told he was with another customer and would call me back at the end of the day. He never called back. Called the following day and the agent was not available until Monday. I was told he would call me back then. No calls the entire week. Sent the agent an email on 8/17/20 informing I would not be renewing my auto and that I would homeowners would have to be reimbursed for 10 months. He emailed back saying he would take care of it. Never did. Called 9/14 the main office. The representative took care of it. Then they tried charging me $20 for inability to take out September payment since I closed the credit union account! Fortunately I saved the email to the agent. They need to follow up and address customers needs rather than ignoring them.

Called office 2 days ago and Kristin took my info and stated that she would call me back Friday.nAlmost end of day Friday with no returned call so I followed up myself.nTurns out she never processed anything and asked me for the vin to my other car that she had info 2 days earlier.nI advised her that I'll just call a different office.nProgressive is so much better with getting a fast quote.nAAA could learn alot. Benchmarking is a must!

From my experience, this office has extremely poor customer service. Like most companies prices always go up which is to be expected, but they could have kept me as a customer if they simply tried. Word of advice, show your customers that they are valuable and not just a number.

I have been a long time member with AAA and I would never go anywhere else! Mike Bisch has been so helpful when I recently had a claim making a terrible experience resolve itself smoothly. He walked me through every step and took the time to explain the whole process to me and make all the arrangements for a rental, etc. Mike and AAA are a class act!
