Since public storage took over Hayes self storage, it has gone down hill. I've been paying the same rate on my same unit for 17 months. Beware that public storage will increase your rates every 6 months. My recent change went up 32 dollars. And they will continue to increase by 30 dollars every time. I get units are in demand, but this place has plenty available because of pricing. Do not rent here. I will be moving my unit before the end of the month. Believe it or not, I got the same size unit with a different company cheaper then my regular price. I refuse to pay the increased amount. But moving units for me is worth it. This company doesn't deserve my business any longer. I'm a long term renter and need about 10 more months of storage. They could have accommodated but declined a decrease. And they won't match any competitors.
Jayla has been very helpful to me since Public Storage took over the location and I really appreciate Jayla’s positive energy every time i come into the office! Great job!!
this place changed over to public storage a couple months ago. I've been a customer here for over 7 years and was quite happy with the prior live in management. they kept the grounds nice and neat. since P.S. took over this place is a mess. tons of nasty wet leave piles up against the unit doors that track in your vehicle and in your unit. cant wait until the snow flies, I'll bring my shovel
