Salesman did not seem very happy to be there. However, I found safety-rated boots for work that I needed quickly! A lot of cool shoe options
Upset with Red Wing! Bought a pair a of boots, at the beginning of the Covid 19 developed a blister, wrong width. Today I went into the store to exchange, after normal red wing service, stretching. They wouldn't/couldn't exchange the boots! A manager gave a cash refund! No receipt! My wife called to get the name of the manager, for the review, they told her there was no manager, no record of me being in, I was not in, non of the above happened...basically called me a liar!
Great boots disappointing customer service. When you invest a lot of money in a product, you hope to have an overall outstanding experience and it’s a bummer that a great quality boot has a bummer of this franchise location. How hard is it to just be nice over the phone? And when I was in store they provided just the minimum amount of effort into guiding my selection. They really squashed my excitement about investing in an expensive product. Buy red wing boots but choose another store.
