I have had physical Therapy several times in my life. I have not been easy on my body threw the years. I am currently at Plymouth Physical Therapy to rebuild my knee after surgery....They are the absolute best!!! Kristina and Jessica are a absolute delight...they both are have very outgoing and friendly personality's make you feel welcome and they keep ya laughing threw out your sessions. Sing is the best Physical Therapist I have ever worked with...He truly puts personal care into your recovery. He always fully explains in easy to understand detail what exercise you are doing and the benefits of. He also is very informative of what is beneficial and non beneficial for your recovery during day to day life out side of physical therapy . He, like Jessica and Kristina is also very personable and a joy to talk to. I 100% recommend Plymouth Physical Therapy ( Sterling Heights- mound road location) to any one who is in need. You will be 100% satisfied! Thank you Kristina, Jessica, and Sing!!!

I recently had a hip replacement and went to the Sterling heights office. I've been to other Physical therapists but Plymouth is definitely the best! I highly recommend this office.
