Some people are super friendly and honestly quite nice and respectful this business I do not recommend. My experience was awful. I don’t feel like I was ever really listened to. I was in consistent pain and the staff kept pushing exercises it wasn’t until I switched clinics and they told me to take it easy did my condition improve. I felt they they were treated every condition the same way. Heat, exercise, ice. Turns out there’s different ways to provide physical therapy. They also over charged me for months every visit and made it a constant struggle to get the situation even paid attention to. They are currently billing me for about $70 because they insisted even with the adjustments to my account, which took months to get done, I still have a balance. I know I payed in cash for three appointments (being that I was overcharged that would be $120) and they have no record of it somehow. I shouldn’t have been so trusting and held onto my receipt. They didn’t communicate with each other well, the insurance company, or me. I was going broke paying medical bills and they just didn’t seem to act with any consideration or urgency. The place I go no gives you one on one attention for your entire appointment and doesn’t ask you to do or charge you for services you don’t need or shouldn’t even be doing. It’s hard, I’m so angry how this all unfolded because I gave them a five star review because I liked the staff, but I can’t leave it there when by the time I left (not discharged.. but left) my opinion had completely changed.

I was worried about going to physical therapy right now due to Covid-19. However, Sara, my physical therapist answered all of my questions over the phone and put my fears to rest. I have been going here now for a few weeks and have to say, Sara is the best physical therapist I have ever dealt with. I have been to physical therapy more than once in the past and feel Sara is by far the best. She takes the time to explain everything and does not make you feel like a bother when answering all of your questions. I definelty highly recommend Plymouth Physical Therapy.

I go to the Shelby Township location. Vicki answers the phone promptly and handles insurance well. This place has worked with my schedule and has been flexible. I still have back pain and have not resumed my normal activities but that is my goal, along with physical therapists Karen and Brian. All the staff are personable and caring. I recommend.

This place is worth my drive! Very open airy and Covid friendly! They spray clean & wear masks!! Staff is amazing Including Dr Sara Grisham! Lots of nice equipment they will help you recover fast!!
