Picked up CO2 and Propane. Quick easy.
There are 3 major problems I noticed/experienced. #1 the address shown does not lead to the building but instead to the penske trucks that are on a different street.#2 during covid he grabs my sister in laws credit card and it doesn't go through so my dad uses his card to pay for the penske and we just pay my dad. #3 the guy behind the counter reads out my dads card number, expiration date, and cvv while being asked multiple times to stop while other customers were in the building.... Never comming back
The guys that run this place are the absolute worst! Just aholes through and through. 2 generations of them. Plan on taking a cab to pick up your truck rental because it looks like a scrap yard and they will not let you park there while you are using their truck. Not even for an hour. I will carry my load by hand and make 1000 trips walking through a blizzard in detroit before i will give these guys my business again...
Rent a great Truck Very cheap and Clean Trucks.
Rented trailer. Cheap tires no spare on it. I had blow out I replaced for $200 out of pocket. They refused to reimburse.nWill never use again
