I really am satisfied! I only leave reviews if I think that it would truly help somebody. The two people who helped me and my son was awesome! I felt good about leaving my belonging at Compass Storage in Shelby. Even my son was impressed with the process.
I copy and pasted my review for today from the Rochester location. Brian told me he was helping out over there for the day, but usually works from the Shelby location. I wanted to make sure he got credit for the great service I had received from your company.nBrian the manager was very friendly and showed us a couple units so we could find the right fit. After we figured that out the process was quick and easy. I got my unit here today for the customer service alone. I would recommend anyone to come here and see Brian before going anywhere else.

Had the best customer service at the Warren location. Brian the manager said he was just helping out and he usually is at this location in Shelby. For a guy who does not usually work here, he sure knew his stuff, spoke very clearly and was very kind to us and we felt unrushed. I could only imagine how he is at his home location in Shelby. I would make the trip to rent with him in Shelby if they had RV/Semi truck storage there, it would be worth it. Excellent service here, thank you.
