We had wonderful communication, great customer service, and a fabulous product (dining table and chairs) delivered. The wait time was just as predicted for our build, and it was well worth the wait. It was also reasonably priced and often less expensive than an imported table you might buy from a big box store (made from unsustainable forestry or by underpaid workers). I'm trying to buy American- made and quality when I can and feel very good about this purchase. Highly recommend!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I ordered a Mission Hutch and was a bit nervous about spending so much money on line sight unseen but boy was I wrong. The hutch was delivered and set up in our home and far, far exceeded expectations. The quality and workmanship is the very best. I am beyond thrilled with my new hutch. Btw, for the same configuration in cabinets from Home Depot plus installation the cost would have been more than twice what we paid for the Amish Direct piece. Win win, happy customer that will be back!

Amish Direct is amazing! We were very undecided with our size and style of kitchen table & chairs we wanted. Michele helped us make the right choice to fit our needs. She was very patient and kind. This is our 2nd purchase with this store & we will be back!

Helpful but not overbearing staff. Quality furniture. Variety of styles and price points. You won't find cheap, disposable furniture here.
