We were looking for a small sectional and couldn’t find one anywhere that would fit our room. Robert and Alex were the most helpful and knowledgeable salesmen. We went to four stores before coming into the Value City Furniture store on the way home. They greeted us immediately and made sure all of the questions we had were answered. They walked us through the entire process from buying to delivery to the warranty plan. They were by far the nicest furniture salesmen we’ve ever encountered. We will definitely always ask for them if we need anything in the future.
My husband and I had a great experience at this Value City Furniture in Utica. Our salesman was Josiah Hunter. We never felt pressured. He gave us time to discuss and everything worked out well. He was very knowledgeable. Will definitely go back to him if we are in need of any new furniture.
