What a phenomenal place! We inherited a hot tub from the previous owner of our new house, and have little to no knowledge of spa care. Trevor walked us through everything we needed to know, and truly took care of us!nnI HIGHLY recommend this place for all of your spa and hot tub needs! We will certainly be returning!
Chris Strom is the man! When I first met him in the Utica Store he was very very helpful, and super knowledgeable...like scary knowledgeable!!! I took his information and applied to my spa, but I think I messed it up too much in the beginning, so enter Chris again.... After many back and forth texts with Chris (he is super responsive), he drove out to our house this past Sunday to give a full tutorial to me and our friends (they bought the same spa as us) which lasted about an hour. I had my tub drained and refilled waiting for him to show us how to start from scratch and all seems to be good with the chemistry of our water, if and when I mess it up, I know I can count on him for help. If you are going to buy a spa or suana or whatever else they sell, buy from Chris Strom!!!!

It was ok. They are out of Hot Tubs though. Only have $15k or more hot tubs left. The Rochester location had a nice guy working there. In Utica I walked up to the door to see the hours and they guy inside walked up to the door, slapped a be back in 30 minutes sign on the window and wasn't back after an hour which was why I had to go to Rochester.
This place is a joke. Rude sales guy and there product is so far overpriced it’s laughable.
