We had a great experience with Shelby Flooring from start to finish. They were very thorough answering every question and concern we had. We were impressed with their knowledge on the kind of carpet we were looking to install in our basement. No sales pitch! No oversell! They provided us the best options available and did not pressure to make an impulse decision like many companies do when they come to your home.nnWe were also impressed by their installation team who were detail oriented and took the time to do an excellent job with no defects. We are so happy with our experience with Shelby Flooring that we are planning to bring them back to replace our bedroom carpet because we were disappointed by a well-known, heavily-advertised company in the area who originally installed them.

Tom came out to our home and did such an Amazing job on our floors. Tom made our flooring shopping a fun and comfortable experience. The installment crew at Shelby Carpet where very professional and passionate about their work. I already recommended Shelby Carpet to another family and she was just as satisfied. We worked with Shelby Flooring to replace the carpet throughout our entire home. This was our first time replacing carpet everywhere and Tom and staff at Shelby were so helpful, knowledgeable and worked with us to pick the right carpet and padding that would work well for a house with kids and pets. Tom came to our house and I visited the store multiple times to make decisions and every time they were so patient and professional with me. Install went very smoothly and they worked with us on our schedule. They were very passionate about the quality of the install and made sure it was all done to high standards. I cannot say enough good things about Shelby Flooring and would highly recommend them for any of your flooring needs.

I would absolutely recommend Shelby flooring outlet. From walking in the store and choosing samples, to the install, their team is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, and friendly! Our carpet had to be “pattern matched” to fit and the seam is invisible because of their expert installation! They did quality work to tear out some messy old carpeting and made recommendations on what would work best based on their professional experience. I am so happy with how the carpeting turned out! I will definitely be a repeat customer.
