Although we did not have them install our floors, we are very happy with our purchase at Michigan flooring. Terri was very helpful when I had a hard time choosing from the wide selection of beautiful floors they have on display, and Ryan answered all my questions knowledgeably and made the ordering process simple. Ryan, Chris, and the rest of the crew are very knowledgeable and hands-on. My project ran into some major snags (not this company's fault at all!), but Ryan walked me through the whole process. His knowledge and experience is exemplary. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to get a high quality product.
Just had my flooring finished and I can’t say enough good things about Michigan Flooring. Ryan worked with me every step of the way. Very patient and thorough in explaining his product and installation. The installers were the best. Courteous, friendly, meticulous. They left my home spotless. Pricing was great.
