We are very happy with the service that we received from Motor City Hot tubs. From the moment we walked into the store they educated us on hot tubs and helped us pick the one that was right for our family (first time owners). We had our tub delivered and we are using it in just over a weeks time.nThe delivery guys are awesome. Getting it into our backyard was not an easy task. It is down uneven rock steps. They managed to get it into place with no problems, in the freezing cold month of February with a few inches of snow on the ground. They helped us fill the tub and get the chemicals going while doing a great job of explaining it all to me.nWe had a couple small issues (a screw cap missing and a jet that just wasn’t right). Everyone including the owner went above and beyond to fix it as fast as possible. We’ve been to both locations and everyone has made us feel like we are their most important customers.
We had a very good experience with Motor City Hot Tubs! Jordan was the sales rep that we worked with throughout the process. We purchased a floornModel from the Shelby store. We ended up getting the 17’ Infinity Coast Swim spa.nnFrom start to finish, everything went very well. We were able to swim in the same unit before we bought at the Waterford store. This was a big factor in helping us decide, as it allowed is to really get the true feel of the tub before deciding to purchase.nnDelivery was coordinated well. The delivery team did a fantastic job with installing the spa in our backyard on our cement pad. We encountered a few hurdles along the way, but every one was met with professionalism and success!nnJordan was (and continues to be) a constant source of support for us before, during and after delivery. We have had many questions, as we are new to owning any sort of pool. There is definitely a learning curve to understanding both how the spa works, as well as how to maintain the proper water chemistry.nnI would highly recommend purchasing through Motor City. Everyone we spoke with was fantastic and we are very much enjoying our new swim spa!
My family decided on a Coast Apex L Curve Elite. Not only was this the spa that we felt best fit our needs, but Motor City Hot Tubs delivered on service, selection, and price. Our sales representative, Jordan, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He made himself available at both store locations, as well as by dropping off an item at our home. He continues to be off assistance as we learn to use, and care for, our first hot tub. I wholeheartedly recommend their business. Go see Jordan at the Shelby Township location and you will be very pleased.
Stopped by the other night on my way home from work to pick up some chemicals. I didn't know they had their new store was there but I am glad I found it. Everyone there was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Definitely my new go to hot tub place!
