I tried to get cabinet doors replaced, but received nothing more than lip service. I had a discussion with their “cabinet expert,” who was helpful in the moment. She told me she would call me back in two days. It’s been two weeks now, and not a word. I’ve left 5 messages for her and her department and not a single call back.nnI can’t speak for the rest of John’s Lumber operations or employees, but I can say their “cabinet expert’s” incompetence has lost them at least one customer.nnIt’s not worth your time or the frustration.

Ordered at 7am and was pleasantly surprised with same day delivery! Lumber was in great condition with only one board broken, all of the 2x4s were either straight or pretty damn close to straight, Brian was a polite, professional, and informative employee. Couldn't be happier

They are always friendly and helpful on the phone. I've used them twice to get specialty items you can't get at the big box stores. What's more, they are willing to do curbside pick up even for small orders. I have lumber yards that are closer to my house but I don't even bother calling them anymore because they just sound annoyed with homeowners/DIYers who are not spending a lot of money. John's will continue to get my business.
