I have very little experience with this pharmacy, but my son's medication was out of stock at the CVS pharmacy I normally use and I called here to see if they had it. They ended up not having the medication in stock, but the staff member that answered the phone was very courteous and helpful.

Dropped off a RX last night and was told it should not be a problem. 20-30 minutes. I was not even gone 10 minutes when they called and said they had a problem with one of the RX. The only one I really needed. For pain med. he said that the handle on the safe broke during the day and they can not open the safe. I could pick up the script and go to another CVS. I really was not in the mood for this inconvenience. Went back to the store and wanted all three of my scripts back cause I would go to another store. Not a cvs. Asked him why he didn’t tell me about the handle and not able to open the safe for the pain med when I dropped it off and said it just happened. Really now, be honest and stop the lies. This is not the first time we have had bad luck. On another recent trip they ordered the wrong medicine for my daughters RX. A delay of about a week.
