I called on a Saturday and they said they would arrive in 45 minutes to come take a look. True to their word, Gary showed up 45 minutes later and took care of the issues I was experiencing with my garage door. The best part is that Gary took the time to show me how to keep the door lubricated so that I can keep up on the maintenance myself. The whole service was very fairly priced. I would recommend Ogden Door Doctor to anyone. Overall a great experience!
I had the misfortune of interacting with Gary, the owner of Garage Door Doctor, about three weeks ago. Gary was curt, unprofessional, spoke rudely of his coworkers, arrived late, and worst of all left early without finishing the garage door installation. He offered no alternative solution and had a "it's not my problem" attitude. Highly recommend looking for another company. Not worth the hassle.
I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone! Service was prompt and on time, prices were low, and the technician even explained what happened, fixed a previous bad install that was causing the problem, and explained door maintenance. Very professional work!
Gary is hands down one of the most knowledgeable and honest technicians I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I called him with the diagnosis of my garage door issue and he was able to help me over the phone and save me $100's. This care for customers and willingness to go the extra mile is why I support local businesses like his. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.
We needed some repairs for our business' garage door and Gary did a fantastic job. He was quick and efficient and even fixed some extras to the door we hadn't noticed in the past. We will be referring all of our customers to him.
