Very blessed to have such wonderful people working at our Imlay City Kroger Pharmacy. Thanks to Sharon and the rest of the staff. They always do their very best to fill my prescriptions in a timely manner. I recently saw my mom was at their window with some questions about her prescription I listen from a distance and was very touched with the time and empathy that Sharon offered to her. Very much appreciate you all.

I used to really like this pharmacy, but the last few months I have had a couple experiences that that forced me to now switch pharmacies. Recently when I went to pick up a prescription I had refilled I was told that I had already picked up that script on a day that I was not even in the area. When I questioned the employees on who picked it up and how it was paid for they could not give me that information. They said there is no way to tell. I asked if there way any way to dispute this and I was told someone would call me back. I never heard from anyone. Now I have to wait 3 weeks to get a script because I’m not eligible for a refill until then. ud83dudc4e

I used to really like coming hear because the service in the pharmacy dept was excellent and then a couple months ago they have became very rude and ignorant and make people feel VERY UNWELCOME. EVERY time I go there these past months it seems to always be a problem and nobody can explain what is going on. I ask questions and they become very rude as if I am wasting there time. This placehas become the Absolute worse place to go in Lapeer County.. if I could give them negative stars I would..

No drive through while we have a pandemic!! And not staffed enough to bring it to my car So I have to go in even if I am at very bad risk or if I was sick and told not to by my Doctor while waiting for a test! Putting everyone I meet at possible risk!! This makes me afraid to get my medication If I had to go there with symptoms is there others?
